Kimberly Wilson

Kimberly Wilson is the author of a funny, punny picture book series, including A Penny’s Worth, A Dollar’s Grand Dream, A Credit Card Takes Charge, and Piggy Bank Saves the Day (Page Street Kids). Her first nonfiction picture book, Where There’s a Whale, There’s a Way (Reycraft), releases in March 2026. As a full-time writer, she enjoys weaving humor, heart, educational fun facts, and wordplay into her stories. When she is not writing, Kimberly visits schools, volunteers with literacy nonprofits through their Title I outreach programs, and works with banking professionals to help kids make “cents” of financial literacy concepts—through books!
